Thobeka Mkhize is the Founder and Director of BG MADLAMS PROJECT (PTY) LTD. With several years of hands-on experience in the cleaning and facilities service sector, she has built a company grounded in excellence, integrity, and community empowerment.

Under her visionary leadership, BG MADLAMS has successfully delivered cleaning services for prestigious public institutions including Prasa (Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa) and eThekwini Municipality. This proven track record with high-profile clients demonstrates our capacity to meet the most rigorous professional standards.
